Initial setup of an account with my email address didn't work for some reason, therefore a new email address had to be used. However, due to a sudden change in my personal circumstances I then could not do the course before it was due to expire! So contacting Career Match again for the third time and explaining all, I spoke to Mehmet who very promptly sorted me out with my new log in email address and re-instated the Web Design Expert Package for me. Mehmet was very helpful, gave me advice, took time to listen to what my problems had been, and rang me back with an update and confirmation of my tutorials having been reinstated so that I could continue. I must admit that my courses were extremely useful with my professional development. I was changing careers and needed to obtain my industry certifications as ventured into my new role as Project Manager/Business Analyst so I completed the Master Project Management Bundle. I successfully completed my Certified Scrum Master, Six Sigma Green and Black Belt ending with my PMP. My online training was easy to follow with outstanding resources for my study materials. The Instructors are extremely knowledgeable with providing clear guidance and direction. I used the flash cards and study materials to prep for my certificates of completion. I also enjoyed the comments and support from my classmates. I highly recommended CareerMatch to my coworkers, friends and family members. The support staff has been extremely helpful and answered all my questions with outstanding support. I am looking forward to my next online classes with CareerMatch. I hope to see you in class! Agile training is up next for me.

I purchased the training course almost one year ago from Groupon and I didn't have time to take it till this month and even though it was clearly set it would expire in March I was really worried that it wouldn't be valid still. To my great delight when I tried to log in and after facing minor technical issues I found the customer service outstandingly good, as not only they have helped me through, they also called back to follow up and offer more help. The content on the course is of a great quality, the videos and the sounds were great make. I am enjoying it!
